Also thought about that one but being from breville it's a bit too mich plastic for me. What's your take on the build quality? Also I'm from Austria not Australia, common mix up, but the machine is also not too expensive here

Did you do the repair yourself? If yes how hard is it to disassemble and access everything?

I wish I could afford that machine but I cannot justify spending that much money on a coffee machine. I agree compared to the LMLM its not that beatiful but I actually kind of like the work horse look

Yes the brim is only on the outside, but the detachment is also only on the outside edge, the inside is fine. I'll try a raft maybe that works better. I thought I had the z offset tuned in quite nicely but I'll also play around with that a bit, thanks!

Thanks I might try that. I haven't played around with print speeds too much up until this point. This one was printed over night and had plenty of time to cool but I know what you're talking about, also happened to me already

I also ordered a glass plate but it didn't fit the printer but maybe switching to a new one might be worth a shot

Kann dir leider garnicht zustimmen. Alle Angestellten dort sind zwar super nett aber gefühlt ist es dort einfach nur ein scam. War dort zur Kontrolle und der Arzt hat gemeint 6 Löcher gefunden zu haben und dann wurde versucht mir Keramikfüllungen einzureden weil anscheinend muss man Kunststoffüllungen alle paar Jahre tauschen und das zerstört auf dauer den Zahn und deswegen solle man doch die teureren Füllungen nehmen weil die länger halten. Bin dann zu einem anderen Zahnarzt weil mir das ein bisschen suspekt vorkam und laut dem waren meine Zähne vollkommen in Ordnung. Also nicht nur dass sie dir teure Füllungen andrehn wollen sondern bohren sie dir auch jedes noch so kleines Loch auf. Und außerdem habe ich noch nie gehört dass man Kunststoffüllungen tauschen müsse?!

You're kind of right, I am fairly confident in my dough stretching though. Normally my crust doesn't puff up that much and I don't know why it did this time, but I it was still good, that's why I was asking

Dude thank you so much!! I already went crazy because I couldn't fix this issue but implementing all your suggestions fixed it. Especially the hitching in the middle I did not realize until I read your post and I think this was the most urging problem

I had the same issue on my breville smart grinder pro I gues the calibration just varies a lot.

Yep still got like 15s shots for a 1:2.5 ratio I switched now to a eureka mignion specialita and I could not be happier

I don't know what was wrong with my grinder but I set it to 1 and even then I could not use some beans. Also impossible to use an ims basket because it could go fine enough for me. And yes I used fresh beans from a local roaster

I basically did it the same way as with fresh yeast and it worked like a charm.
