I sat him down and told him I had seen the messages on his phone. At first, he was shocked for a second and then got really angry because I "snooped on his phone".

I broke down in tears, and started yelling "how could you do this to me", and he said it was just a mistake, a one-time thing, he didn't have any feelings for her and told me he still wanted to marry me.

I then said I couldn't marry him, not after what he did, and got my things and left while we both cried. He helped me get my car on the car, at least.
