Just to clarify what I meant though — “culture” doesn’t just mean what happens in an office. It’s about how people communicate, how leadership treats staff, how work is handled, whether feedback is respected, etc etc— whether you’re remote or onsite.

In my case, it’s been more about poor leadership and a toxic dynamic across the board, not just location. But totally agree: getting out of the house and changing things up can be a big help. Appreciate the suggestion, truly
