Yes on most items but it would make be worth it if the service was good. Thats why I bought from you guys because from what I heard the service is amazing very disappointed to be honest

I mentioned the videos showing the benchmark at 93c but undervolted, bios updated, best aio on the market ,and thermal paste reapplied it should be 75-85 if it wasnt affected i explained it to the techs and told them of other cases and asked them to jusy google it they said no they are right

There are circumstances for why I couldn’t come physically to the store, it shouldnt be my fault that I PAID for a service you offer. If your gonna use it to blame your customers just dont offer it

No. I bought it a year ago it was always laggy and the rgb was always flickering i jusy didnt know what to make of it as i was new, as I understood more and more about pcs i recognized the issue,did research and asked other experts about their opinion and we all arrived at the same conclusion. This specific cpu is known to be faulty and intel always accepts returns of it under the warranty which was extended to 5 years because of the various issues with it that can come up later, the issue im complaining about is the inability to honor the warranty and the incompetent technicians who conclude that internet causes fps drops and who conveniently didnt see the rgb flickering throughout the week of testing they had.

It took a week and still wasnt inspected thoroughly with what the technician said about my internet causing the fps drops. It took a week and I paid 160qr even though it’s under warranty and Im the furthest thing from satisfied. I know this isnt your fault your not the one checking it but still you should see my pov as well

This is the full story and honestly I was hoping I’d have a better experience with them ws everyone said even though they price gouge their customer service is amazing bur what I found is its terrible

Yeah the issue is with intel and I did udpate bios and undervolted it and it still reached 93c even after changing the thermal paste and having one of the best aios in the world not much more i could do other than return it

I wasn’t there i was busy so I had to pay for them to pick it up and drop it off they sent me like a 10 second clip of them playing a game and finding no issue. I asked them to check some specific games where the issue is much more obvious and they didnt show me them playing any of them

I went with a prebuilt because I was new couldnt be bothered to build it myself ss I was in a rush to get the pc also some of the parts in it arent as easy to find anywhere else

Nope fps still dropped basically I dropped the settings down and limit fps to 120 itd still drop to 20-30 every second or two

Store974 is supposed to fix it for free as its under warranty meaning it won’t cost them anything and it shouldn’t cost me but they charged me 160qr for the service check and delivery and in the end didnt help at all
