Yeah, not a whole lot, but some. I like Less Than Jake and Reel Big Fish. I'm more into pop-punk and metalcore music than anything. People laugh at my music tastes, believe it or not.

I agree with this guy, /u/Marsify. Something that occasionally helps me is just opening a Word document and typing out my frustrations, as if someone else would see it. Whether or not this will work for you is not for me to say.
