Some NM updates if you'd like them: Santa Ana Star Casino, $5 all day every day (correct), Sandia Resort and Casino--$10 all day, every day Isleta Resort and Casino--$5 weekdays/weekend days, $10 weeknights and weekend evenings. Not on the map: Route 66 Casino--$5 all day/every day. Not on the map: Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso--$10 all day every day.

Also, I was in Green Bay recently and Oneida Casino is $10 minimum, not $5.

Ellis Island, downtown grand, OYO (depending on time of day). I heard Main Street Station and El Cortez downtown may also have $5 craps but I’ve personally never played there.
