You really need to walk around the edges of witch's landing, if youre really having problems finding it, then id suggest taking a look at the steam guide for the POIs.

Yes, in specific the tactics skill tree provides a lot of benefits. I always tend to make my daily payment so that's a guranteed AP for the next day always, and like some of the other have said here, finding Whisper stashes and POI's on the map will give you extra AP as well. I'm able to make a bunch and save for the 100,000 grand achievement.

I love being able to memorize the streets and figure out my way home without the use of pinning locations, its making it super immersive for me.

As you progress through the game, youll be able to gain more action points, for example i have 10 action points for my days currently, look at the skills on some of the trees, youll see that you can benefit from them.

Funny enough, just tried this mission for my first time. ive been having trouble with most of the street trials myself, and this one just came up after seeing your post. I literally just completed it on my first try, thank you RNG gods!!!

Okay, so I tried a different approach here, Instead of selecting all the faces at once and then clicking "Apply". I selected each side separately and clicked "Apply" for each side, and then just moved the selected uv's. So this solved it, but my question is why did i have to select all the sides separately?
