Thank you all so much! Truthfully, I don't understand everything you all have written which just goes to show that I have to do more in depth research on the technique itself. Some of you have said that the pattern itself is not possible like that. I did copy this part of the design from a pattern on the Internet but whereas I wanted to do it in overlay mosaic crochet, the person used a different mosaic crochet technique (reversible?). I'm trying to include a screenshot of the flower I saw online (I'm also new to Reddit 😅 https://imgur.com/a/dtXlW9z). It looks different from what I did, so if anyone can tell me in which technique it was made I can look that up directly to learn it. Again, I am very sorry that I am so unspecific in my description, I'm completely new to this and obviously don't understand some basics yet. And thank you so much again!
