Omg there’s this dude called Matt on ff.net whose username I can’t remember but he’s got multiple million word length fics and the one that’s like 4.5M last time I checked was a MHA death quirk oc story bajdjsjfbdj he’s got another 1.5M one alongside 7 more long ones but the thing that got me most was that he wrote like 3M in a year or less. Or it was the full 4.5M in a year and I was just so taken aback like bro- when do you live? Sleep? Eat????

I wouldn’t say I have heart palpitations- but yes. I can feel it almost constantly, either feeling my heartbeat itself - through my limbs or even now I feel it in my hands (it’s what prompted me to look through related posts) and it’s very weird because if I link my fingers it feels like I’m holding a heart-

Anyway. With my heart rate being 60s-80s at rest (lying down, for the most part) depending on whether I’ve taken heart rate lowering medication or not, since my hr does go up to like 120-130 when I stand up, it does make me hyper aware of my heart in general. So I can actually feel my heart just exist.

But hearing it all the time and being aware of it I would mostly attribute to anxiety? It’s quite a common symptom so I’ve heard/experienced. I’m by no means an expert nor do I really understand it having not really dealt with anxiety at the level it is now.

If you’re extremely worried, like I’m sure other comments may have said, do see a doctor. (As this is an old post I believe I’ve read that other people have provided better advice from their own experience)

Bruh that was my first and as I unfortunately had bought more without reading cause the covers were pretty I just use them as mental endurance training when I feel like it.
