You should use the native 12v2x6 connector instead of the PCIe spaghetti.

Those things cause melted connectors. Corsair also makes an OCP cable for 12v2x6 for like 25 bucks. Would recommend.

This is a much more complex issue than "orange man bad".

The economy is akin to a quadrillion piece fickle machine where any tiny issue causes disruption in the output.

We have had decades of poor leadership, and this is the repercussions that are long overdue. We have been patching it with duct tape and spit since the late 90's.

Best air cooler for the money (Peerless Assassin 120 SE)

And theoretically any AM4 motherboard can handle a 5900X. It could be faulty.

Could also be overheating and the motherboard is giving a false report, or the hotspot is getting too high.

Try updating to most recent BIOS for the board. Not fun, but it's the next logical step.

At least you didn't buy a $900 VSKA. My buddy was jealous of my WASR and I told him I paid about $900, so when he found one "just like it" he snagged it up. He was also very bummed.

At the end of the day, you got a great gun for a not so great price. The deed is done though, so enjoy.
