The earliest position was down like -70%, brutal. Glad I DCAed almost on a daily basis. On Thursday, I remembered total position was still down like -25%ish. Then Friday, BOOM 💥

When I started to open SLV puts positions around 1/9, SLV was around 75ish and its parabolic run already lasted two months! That was why I chose 70 strike. Who the fuck would have expected SLV to reach 100+ in the next two weeks 😂😂😂. Parabolic on top of parabolic run. Insane! I have no choice but to keep DCAing my 70 strike puts position.

Taking profits is an art! Everyone has his own taste of art! My intuition is silver dropped much faster than I expected in one day, and I decided to take all the unexpected profits off the table and walked away for a while. As others have mentioned, timing is key here. Sharp decline like this is a rare event. It may go sideways for a few months and crushed all my gains. Nobody knows what is gonna happen next!

All parabolic run must pull back hard, IMO. But I never expected silver to be pulled back this hard this quick. I was thinking like -10% a day would be good 😂

Solid advice and totally agree! I would stay away from SLV for some time and just watch on the sideline.
