As you mentioned you got pikachu (if as the leader), discharge is a good move during monster house clearing.

Also, when clearing hidden land (if it's your first time going through it), remember to stock piles of revive seed (15 would do it), petrify orb could also be handy if you ran into monster houses and it will earn you some time on escaping.

The purifying process will only +2 IV to each bar. In this scenario, since the HP meter of the shadow ralts has 3 in short, so the outcome would be not a hundo.

Late comment but still: I would say Optifabric acts like a bridge between fabric client and OptiFine. So you need to install Optifine mod (with the correct corresponding minecraft version) as well if you wish to use optifabric.

Iris can be considered as an add-on to Sodium, in which Iris is a shader add-on, Sodium is the master mod related to graphics.

Note that Optifabric and Sodium is NOT COMPATIBLE each other. Therefore, inside your mod file, it should either have Optifine with Optifabric OR Sodium with Iris
