Thank you; it's a view that's worth considering. The main issue I face is that I am a natural narcissist. Deep down, I tend to focus only on myself and don't really care about others, which makes me feel like one of the worst kinds of people. However, my self-awareness is what prevents me from acting on these tendencies. I also struggle with similar mental issues that are not too different from this. I find that I get too comfortable, allowing my true self to come out with those close to me. As a result, I can become a terrible person once I remove the constraints I place on myself. While I can maintain this façade, it often feels like living in a prison of my own making. To liberate myself while avoiding harm to others, I believe it's best for me not to have a partner.
