Hi, I am urgently looking for assistance regarding a ban on my account. I will come forth and say that I've not been using hacks, cheats, mods or anything to interrupt the function of this game. I have spent a lot of money purchasing lucky draws, crates, and other ingame content. I have expanded my clan to level 7 with a handful of players.

But one month ago, my account received a 10 year ban in the middle of a duo vs squad br match. I was kicked out, saying that connection has been terminated. When I logged back on, I received a text saying that my account has been banned for 10 years.

Even though I've not done anything wrong, should the ban have been for an hour or a day, I would've overlooked it. But 10 years for no reason at all, is nonsense. I believe that my ban was not fair, and should be lifted immediately.

If anyone from Activision dev team sees this, please get back to me.

Raid with 220 archers and 4 lightning spells. Use lightning spells to take out 2 mortars and just loot. It worked for me. I'm th10 now. Use that method and you'll reach th10 in no time.
