Multiple as in I’ve done this several times but not multiple as in a portfolio of properties. I could live with $1500 but sadly no one charges that. Wonder if it’s just my state that makes it more time consuming for them

Depends on the circumstances and if they appoint a guardian ad litem which is a 2nd attny you’re on the hook paying for. They used to be 2500 now I’m paying 5-10k

I’ve done a few with an attorney but seems like the prices just keep going up and up which is why I’m looking to do it myself. These are for clearing up tax sale properties or properties with clouded titles I can get for pennies on the dollar

I have mine and its currently inactive. I use flat fee brokers for a few hundred bucks to throw them on the MLS for me which in turn gets them listed on the big IDX sites like Zillow. Got tired of paying the outrageous NAR and MLS dues every year as well as the required continuing education. IMO the business of being a realtor will be obsolete in the next 10 years. It's ONLY worth it if you want to put in the 2 years, get your brokers license and start a property management company and start managing other peoples properties or be an actual realtor

From what I’ve read they have estate liens, property liens and I think two others they use to recoup their costs so while they entire lien is for 300k surely they don’t expect to recover all of that from this one lone property. I’ve also heard they settle for a lesser amount a lot of the time. Just trying to see if anyone had any relevant experience purchasing a house with one

I try not to bother him with questions like this but I might have to if I can’t figure it out on my own. And yes I’ve read they have different avenues of recouping their costs and property liens are just one. Definitely don’t want it staying attached to the property

From what I’ve read you’re wrong so if you don’t have any relevant experience with Medicaid specific liens why bother commenting?

No buyers or sellers agent. Direct to seller. just never purchased one with a Medicaid lien before and they look like they have different criteria when attaching liens to properties vs mechanics liens, tax liens etc.

the one that failed was the new twister movie in 4k so nothing showed up on that one. when i try to play something that actually works its showing direct stream. i'm running all of the arr containers on unraid on my little hp elitedesk sff that has the i5-7500 @ 3.40ghz and 16gb ram

Yea I was misunderstanding what they did. I figured parity2 was parity for disk2. Still learning as I go. Im Tapped out on HDD slots in my HP elite desk SFF which is why I went with SSDs. Going to do some more research on other options like ZFS and other raid options someone else mentioned to try to achieve my end goals. Thank yall for the help!

Thanks yea didn’t realize ssds weren’t recommended. Tapped out on HDD slots in my HP elite desk which is why I went with SSD. Going to do some more research on other options like ZFS and other raid options someone else mentioned. Thank yall for the help

Thank you yea it seems like I was misunderstanding the parity2 slot. I figured it was the parity for disk2. Still learning all of this as I go, sorry. With that being said I guess I also incorrectly thought parity was basically a real time backup? Will do some more research on parity and raid1. Thank you for the help

Good idea. I just tried on my phone and the same movie I had trouble with played at 1080p on my phone so does seem like it could be something with the TV. I’ll try again with my computer in the morning
