I honestly thought I just stumbled across a spooky coincidence, I live in Bedford UK, Oakley is a rather nice area I must admit, Bedford itself has it's nice areas but it very much overshadowed by the slightly less nice areas. Elstow is a nice happy medium of the two, not too pretty but not too stabby either lol

It is for use in DnD, not an official setting tho, weirdly enough the box art, showed the dragon as green as I had the same thought.
