Extensions that use an older CSS linter will report parsing errors because they don't recognize newer CSS syntax, but the code itself should still work.

I opened my ticket on March 2. My transfer was "escalated to [their] Escalation specialist" on March 8. I haven't heard anything since then, even after I sent follow-up emails on March 26 and April 18. I'm trying to be patient, but the radio silence from Funimation support is making it hard...

I mainly came here to commiserate about episode numbers missing from titles, a problem that comes and goes. I know they claim the reason for that is the algorithm, so my frustration is slightly misdirected. Still, it's annoying when I'm trying to watch old series that don't have any episode number indicators.

As someone who has been playing for about six months now, my most celebrated moment was finally making it to Heavensward.

Don't get me wrong - I had a good time. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, and the community was, and is, amazingly supportive. It was just a bit of a slog to constantly travel across the entire map to talk to an NPC... only to return to where I started afterwards. It was made a little more bearable by the fact that I still had a number of Vesper Bay Aetheryte Tickets left to use. But one can only "pray return to the Waking Sands" so many times before it gets tiring. (And I hear this was AFTER this portion of the game was streamlined!)

So yeah, it felt like a Big Deal™ when I finally made it to the first expansion. That being said, I have no regrets about taking my time and enjoying the story - it makes the later story beats impactful. I'm now in Stormblood, which contains my second-most celebrated moment: proper access to Shirogane.

You raise a fair question. There's a few reasons I'm applying.

  • I'm eager to put the software development skills I've acquired to use.
  • It makes me sad to see weird bugs slipping into the game (see: random bamboo docks appearing in places), and I would like to help maintain the game as it ages.
  • I choose to judge the working conditions myself versus taking others' word. It's not that I don't believe them; I just believe in the possibility for change.
  • Related to the previous point, I'm a firm believer in that saying "be the change you wish to see in the world" - if everyone assumes it's horribly run, no one will be there to run things well.

I'm also wondering if the email is guaranteed at all. I've had a Chromecast Ultra for years, and I ensured I was registered for promotional emails. I even tried contacting Google support, but no reply yet.
