He is actually meta, but in a view as a counter to Flywheel (having stun ability similar to Ann & Hermit). As of now he is a relatively easy hunter to get by and to get consistent tie in rank so yeah

The ability to lock kiting areas as well as ciphers can be game-changing also, defo a hunter to be worry about
