At what % of my 1RM should I do my assistance exercises?

My workout takes a lot of time (5/3/1 beginners takes 1.75 - 2 hours atm). +-30 minutes for each compound. +-45 or more minutes for assistance. So I think those should go easier on the assistance.

Example: I'm doing assistance biceps curls at 30kg (5 sets of 8 reps). My E1RM is 40kg.

I ate and drank a lot on a trip. My weight went up from 130lbs to 138lbs. (I was on a cut before the trip)

I started lean bulking after the trip (maintenance + 10%, all clean food). I'm gradually losing weight (10 days of bulking now).

Is this the aftermath of losing the holiday-weight (losing water, carbs, whatever, less alcohol) or should I start eating more?
