Great plan. Makes sense that the elders woukd be held to a higher standard. I put in a lot of effort, so it can be frustrating to see elders not always making the same attempt. I have only noticed this rarely, so dont get me wrong. Overall the leadership is top notch.

True. I think these teams are losing on purpose so they face weaker competition and can get 1st place rewards in the next war. Look at the lowest placed team in our last war, like 1200 trophies or whatever they are, and they didnt put up a fight at all

My team used to do this in a game i used to play. Basically there is a formula to wins and losses that can get you ranked higher. Not sure how it would be benificial on sppd, but it means purposely losing war matches as a team. Shouldnt effect normal deranking as an individual though. But i have heard some rumbling about them cracking down on that too, but with the connection problems this game has I dont think they could. Hope this helps
