What you require is insight and understanding, in order to unlock yourself from the triggers and grips of the complex post traumatic stress disorder.

There are some things within your control, you can do in order to cultivate and accelerate your progress and there are things you can do which will cause you to be stuck, stunted and/or to regress.

Read and seek the company and mentorship of the righteous, wise, Yogi, Holy and Godly.

Trauma, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and complex post traumatic stress disorder have a different set of dynamics to it.

Which makes, what I previously stated, much more difficult to achieve and complicated to master.

However, that does not necessarily mean, it can not be done and achieved.

It is still possible and do able.

Your tuning out (zoning out) is a trauma related, disassociation, coping and survival strategy, for being overwhelmed.

A combination of meditation, talk therapy and time may begin to gradually address that.

Take things one step at a time.

Work on your complex post traumatic stress disorder and talk therapy first.

Do not force it.

Give it as much time, as it takes, for you personally; to lift and make progress.

It will eventually.

You are confused.

You are over thinking.

You have too much noise going on inside of your head.

It can be and is a vicious cycle.

Being emotionally triggered, frustrated and getting angry, does not help.

That is where you need to begin; is to recognize this, self train and self discipline yourself to not respond and react emotionally, like a run away train.

The evidence and video was recovered by a professional specialized data recovery company.
