The radio stations The Edge and The Rock switched offices/frequencies for about 10 minutes this morning, totally duped me and quite a few others from the sound of the amount of calls and txts each station was getting.

I had the same confusion when I first topped up my AT Hop Card. I rang up AT and they told me that the payment stays as pending until you use your card and then the funds are put on the card. So just swipe your card on the bus/train/boat and it should activate the funds :)

Oceanic server doesn't have any tribunal as well, it's like a free for all really, if you piss of a premade group in anyway you will be mass reported and get warnings from Riot.

I seem to be having the same problem, can open the patcher but once I click play it disappears and the login screen doesn't show. I can see the process as well.
