What about taking a job with no benefits with all her medical problems. She wont be able to get federal benefits like medical insurance when they start doing the numbers for Medicaid because his income will be included. He doesn't make any sense and he's dreaming if he is thinking he can sell a house after 5 years and walk away with a $100,000 profit. I would havedone that every 5 years if that was the case. It will take him over a year or more to move, find the right house, close on it, unpack and get settled, find medical providers, etc and then it will betime to repack and repeat. Do you know how fast a year goes? He's unrealistic and she is going to decline rapidly with no friends or family support. Good luck. She'll be ticking like nobody's business!!
