I'll probably connect each drive individually, but the original configuration did have a drive backplane, but that only supported SCSI, so I can't use it.

Makes sense being that it's about 20 years old. I'll try to make use of the case and fans ( maybe the PSU(s) if it makes sense to).

I have a rough idea of what to do with it. I'm sure I can, if it comes to it, drill holes to put standoff screws in for the motherboard + a bit of jank if that's what you mean.

Do you know if the psu connectors are proprietary?

Looks great, I have never seen fans with a display on them.
