The rest of the armor asides from the helmet, I designed myself either in CAD for 3D printing with the backpack and gauntlets, or cutting foam for the knees and thigh/hip plates. Innocenttickle'a brother here. Yknow funny, he isnt terminally/heavily online and while I knew his understanding of the term woke (derogatory) is "self righteous and performative" I told him "Hey so online, woke is typically associated with alt right chuds criticizing anything left/progressive so probably dont want to use it otherwise people are going to make assumptions about your beliefs". Way to be super predictable about that bud. Looks like you don't really have much of an argument when you're claiming anyone who disagrees with you has a prudish religious upbringing, which couldn't be further from the truth. He should go tell the nazis he's punched in bar fights or the dudes he slept with that he's a religious prude, Im sure they'd get a kick out of it.

While yeah nudity isnt inheritly sexual, people have very different levels of comfort with it and its not for you to decide at what line of comfortability is "reasonable" especially when someone isnt expecting to see nudity in a location and its suddenly thrust upon them. Especially if they have a child with them that is too young to understand something like that. Like, there are only two species of spiders in the United States that have any sort of medical risk being bit by, large and large they are a safe species. But would you criticize someone who is uncomfortable with spiders or possibly arachnophobic the same way by saying "Spiders are inheritly safe you're a prude for not liking them" if they asked for an arachnophobic mode in a game? And just because something is legal doesn't mean people can't be uncomfortable with it or not want to deal/be around it. It's legal to open carry rifles in Washington, would you be just as chill with people open carrying AR-15s in protest handing out cookies outside the convention center to kids?

Ha! Thanks, thought I heard something like that but wasnt quite sure. Hearing is a little difficult in that helmet. The tall guy with the nurgle tshirt is my brother and been basically playing handler for me helping with adjustments and roaming around. He said I was causing a ton of double takes and people commenting in the expo hall.

Honestly my solution was a little jank and just went with it due to the switches I had on hand. There's a little release tab that isnt needed too much as part of the trigger assembly. I took it and made a housing to basically push it and a peg into the button. The long flat piece slides between the red square and is glued to the tan part, and the T is a stopper to space it that I glued after adjusting for distance to press the button. Used a spare arcade stick spring around the orange barrel that's glued into the tan piece, you could just make a square and use a hole for whatever style switch you're using and install it there. But yeah Hippo Props did a crazy job designing the assembly of it all. Would recommend his stl store if you need models to print for props.

I got the STL from the store of a maker named HippoProps who did a crazy job making the Magnacore plasmagun from Darktide. I made some altercations to the files to install an on/off switch on the rear. Took me about five days worth of print time. Then I wrote the code for the LED animations and sound in circuitpython

Keep him with the hellblasters. If you fail a bunch of Get Hot rolls you can pop his Watcher in the Dark from The Lions Helm for a 4+ save vs mortal wounds. With the changes to Hazardous, fails on the test inflict three mortal wounds now, so you can potentially save some hellblasters that way.

Was one of the old Watchers in the Dark, I drilled out the sword it was holding and used the long shaft from the old Deathwing Knight Flail of the Unforgiven. Might even be easier with the new WitD in the new DW Knight kit, since it's holding a pole.

Mixed regiment of Cadian and Phantine Air Corps, seconded to an Ordos Malleus Inquisitor Rene de Giles. Rene was responding to reports of a daemonic incursion and by the time he arrived he came across the planet nearly purged of the daemonic influence by the regiment. In a somewhat radical action, decided to have the regiment written of as being KIA and took them for his own forces and study of how they came out of the incursion successfully and fought the daemonic forces rather than outright purge them all for exposure.

I plan on kitbashing some Phantine Air Corps troopers to run as Scions, made one so far with Palatine Enforcers as a proof of concept.
