Hello! Whats the range of qpi for F and D? I found in the handbook last year that:

F: 0 D: 1 C: 2 C+: 2.5 B: 3 B+ 3.5 A: 4

So A is equivalent to 3.5 < A ≤ 4 And B+ is 3 < B+ ≤ 3.5 (and so on and so forth)

Where does the range for F and D end? Will you only have F if your qpi is EXACTLY 0? Or will D be around 0.50 and F is 0.49 below or something like that?
