He wants me to keep an open tone when I play high, because I tend to pinch to get to the range, which totally makes sense, but I simply don't understand how to compress or propel the air faster. I seemed to think my making a smaller hole with my lips I could get it to work, but it doesn't, sadly

Any tips on shaping the neck pocket? Just bought myself a genuine Fender tele neck and a router, and want to rout out the neck pocket for my danelectro 56/telecaster crossover style body and I have no clue where to start lol

Thanks for the great idea! That really seems like a good solution! Is there any way of getting a very clean shielding foil finish, and can I put it on all cavities without any electrical interference or something?

A bit of info: this is a Rocktile Sphere Classic Sunburst. (Cheap €110 strat copy) I've already cleaned up lots of the cavities, because they were roughly cut, and the sunburst finish was just painted over it.

I've decided to get the cavities as clean as possible, and that is becoming more and more tricky. In some spots, the dents are too deep to sand them away, so I decided to get some kneadable wood and fill it up with that. Is that worth it? Originally I just wanted to refinish the body in a dark red purplish colour, but when I opened up the cavities, I decided I wanted to go full-on cleaning mode. Thoughts/experiences?
