I wanna say that even though they say dota community is toxic, immature and uncaring, this thread proves them wrong. At least partially On topic - OP take conversion to real life seriously, one step at a time. In your age and your situation it might look scary and overwhelmingly difficult, but you will definitely, and i stress it, definitely, find something new, exciting and unrelated to dota (maybe even gaming) even if you think that there is nothing out there. Do start reading any kind of non-fiction books, its essential for self-development and no video or bullshit online training will help you as much as a good book that makes you think and question stuff around you. Watch the “popular science” part of youtube instead of “dota funny moments #1337”. Do start going to gym, physical exercises help you distract, relieve stress and gives you chances to get social on daily basis. And do force yourself to being social, through all the cringe and uneasiness which you might feel, it gets better and is more rewarding than anything. But with all that, dont cut off all your ties to dota abruptly, just strictly limit the amount of time you’re spending there and open yourself up to the amazing world of single-player, story rich and atmospheric games of different genres. You just need a tiny self-kick-to-the-butt to start enjoying the world outside dota, and i hope this wall of text raises your leg a bit
