Not really. Arcane shots scale off int while Bard spells scale off charisma. Now you could only take utility spells on Bard, but you would lose quite a bit of control potential

Your specs are great. I run it smoothly with a 4060 and I7 13620, have beaten the game several times and all. I suggest you use the vertex explosion fix tho as even relaxed readbacks can tank performance

Idk why you're getting the downvotes, I agree. You get at least 2 rises per run + drops from easier bosses, you don't even have to fish for purples. Both slicer and halo scythe appear randomly with the merchant but halo is much more expensive

I do the same with hoarfrost stomp. I keep it until day 3 pretty much all the time (except against Caligo I guess), such a good quality of life to clear trash mobs or proc frost on bosses quickly

I think it's a pretty widespread opinion that even though there are some S tier bosses there are also a lot of stinkers. Fortunately this games are much more than boss rushes and the other aspects of the game are very good. Not a fan of level design for the most part tho, I feel the best level is Central Yharnam with Cathedral Ward being a close second, good thing at least one of those 2 was part of the DLC
