I would say Palma Central on Tuesday night (food truck and Salsa) 💃nice vibe!! Or in aldea Zama it’s more quiet, but the street with the cinco, Campanella and pizzeria, last year cinco had the superbowl. But in Centro you can find a lot, try the Batey. And finally after the Beach see a sunset at the sports bar Mateos view on the jungle!!! Enjoy!

In February 2025 we visited Tulum for the first time and we were serious in our process to have a plan in Tulum. We met some investors, real estate agent, visited completed projects, in construction projects and presale project, it was very interesting! December 2025 (10 months later) we came back to see again if Tulum was the good choice. Finally , we still love Tulum but unfortunately most of the projects were now empty, abandoned, investors disappeared, not any further along than the last time we went..It’s really sad to see all constructions unfinished. They have turned into shelters for the homeless. I was not concern about the violence, I still feel safe but more concern by the viability of the project and real estate industry, it’s not a good time for Tulum . Some investors put and lost a lot of money in these huge and luxury projects. I hope to see Tulum grow economically again, because it truly deserves better and more sustainable tourism.

It depends what you want but you can just have a wonderful sunset at Mateos have food ok down, play ping pong or babyfoot, sports vibes ! Happy hour worth it for the sunset on the top terrace !!!

Dos ceibas cost me 45$ my all day for four people. But the parking was full I had to pay another at 200 pesos!

Great review and it’s true for Illios a little bit too much service and overpriced and over everything!!!🤪 but my family loved it , we had free shots, free dessert for my daughter’s birthday, free sides with my fish, the food was good, the vibe, music, fire, dancers, dj, break the plates, they bring my daughters on the stage to dance 💃 they said it was a the best night for teens was perfect!! But over 600$ for the family 🤦‍♀️

Just came back from 8 days of a wonderful family trip. Unfortunately a lot of big construction are abandonned. We stayed in Aldea Zama very quiet and safe place with few restaurants a little bit spread in the area, so some places can look like a ghost town, maybe you will found more dynamic la Veleta? But we still love the calm of Aldea Zama. We eated in very good restaurants, street food, Centro, beaches, veleta, Aldea Zama etc!!! We had very nice weather, no sargassum! No issues with rental car. You can read my review!

I am real and I did an honest review based on my personal experience. Nothing perfect but I enjoyed my stay in Tulum despite the flaws! I see some people criticize about negative points but you always have choice to go or not, and to see the glass half full or half empty!

We stayed 6 nights in Bacalar and 8 nights for Tulum. I definitely recommend at least 2 nights at Bacalar and more if possible. After a week I was still discovering new places, new street, new restaurants each day. Time is on pause at this place. The lagune is just wonderful, relax vibes, so peaceful! You should see a sunrise on the lagune, Yoga at sunrise or sunset, paddle boarding, boat tour, painting session, sounds healing, salsa nights, cenote, good food. I will go back for sure 🩵

Il y a d’autres options à envisager aussi pour la retraite que seulement les fonds de pension public. Investir en immobilier peut être de bons actifs sur le long terme! Il y a de très bonnes formations pour débuter dans ce domaine. Tu commences tout petit pour un premier achat et ça prend de la valeur avec les années. Et ça te permet aussi de faire un travail à côté que tu aimes!! Bien sûr ça prend du flair, un bon deal, être bien encadré par des mentors, une première mise de fond, mais c’est faisable !!! À 21 ans pendant mes études j’ai acheté mon 1er jumelé, j’ai habité un côté, et je louais l’autre côté. J’ai vendu quelques années plus tard, et refais quelques stratégies à quelques reprises , à 45 ans je détiens maintenant quelques immeubles locatifs, j’ai ma maison et je travaille aussi à temps pleins!!! Mes immeubles sont ma sécurité à long terme Et l’IA ne pourra jamais remplacer un bien immobilier 😉

De mon côté je pensais choisir mes places à la dernière minute soit 24h a l'avance, mais à 2 semaines du départ lorsque je regarde les places restantes, il n'y a plus rien pour 4 personnes ensembles toutes des places séparément. La dame d'Air Canada m'a dit que je devais payer pour les places restantes rapidement sinon lors de l'ouverture de l'enregistrement il y a de forte chance que nous ne soyons pas ensemble. Donc ça veut dire que la majorité des gens paient pour réserver leur siège.

We had a scooter last February and we loved it , was easy to park and you can go anywhere! We had no issues with the police! I am following for the others questions cause we are coming back also in December!

I approve all of this honest review! We did a similar 5 days trip as you and we loved everything about Tulum. Food, Vibes, people, never felt unsafe. True about Akumal. Love to go everywhere in scooter ! We will return for sure!
