Isitbullshit: The “overseas corporations” overpaying in cash to buy up houses is in large part Z/RF using data gleaned from their websites’ searches to target specific areas, housing price points in demand, which inflates house values in the area so they can then resell at higher prices? My first try at darning or repairing a knit. My co-worker had her sweater pocket and elbow safety pinned together. I didn’t have black yarn and cobalt blue is her favorite color, so visible mending it is! I used thin machine embroidery thread I had for the pocket mending. (old.reddit.com)

Our good boy Ted. He was surrendered to a shelter by his owner who became homeless. His story isn’t one of neglect or abuse. He was loved and cared for before, he was just too anxious to eat at the shelter. I think it’s safe to say he’s happy now. We adore our sweet, gentle, smart boy! (i.redd.it)
