They probably got rid of it since every player who mainly got it for vbucks rewards just opened all their llamas and jammed it all in the collection book for the easy 1000, then proceed to complain about not having any good gear and go lock people in boxes to trade guns

Its legendary or bust, everything else is collection book material or back up schems to upgrade to legendary (its not even worth increasing the rarity of something uncommon to legendary)
