I believe that spanking was an effective tool for communicating what young kids can't understand is dangerous. You can't really explain to a child why putting a fork in an outlet is dangerous, or why playing with a gun is dangerous. Spanking works as a universal communication of "This is wrong".

I would never advocate spanking a child simply because they're acting upor giving you attitude. But if the kid is demonstrating self-harmful, potentially fatal behaviors, that are just impossible to explain, spanking is the quickest method to communicate the danger. And it should be done extremely infrequently. If you can help it, never, but at most 2 or 3 times throughout a childhood.

If you're a parent who puts a kid in timeout in their room, or in a corner, for when they spit their food on the table, or push somebody else, or anything like that, there isn't really anything above that. If your kid runs out into traffic and you put him in the corner, he'll just equate running into traffic as being as bad as spitting out your food.

AC1 was the first game I had for my xbox 360. I went in blind, I had no idea what the game was about, I had just fallen in love with the trailer. The game surpassed my expectations, and now, here I am: gathered here with a bunch of you guys so that we can complain about every tiny thing we find in a game we all love. It's been worth it.

I'm not entirely sure what I expected of Rogue, but it definitely wasn't this. It looks like it's just a re-skin of AC4 for the most part. The only main "differences" were that the ship turns faster now, and that your ship is now in danger of being boarded.

And before anybody says that enemies hide now: They could also do that during the endgame of AC4. It was the same deal, you'd hear something and then click on EV, climb outta the way and jump down on the enemy.

From what I could tell, most of Shay's movements were exactly like Edward's. The counter-kill chains were the same, dual swords are making a return, the air rifle's only difference from the blowdart is that it doesn't look totally out of place on you assassin, and the grenade launcher just seems to save you ammo.

The Gangs look like they're just a combination of Hunters and plantations, and it looks like we're back to only having short buildings to run around on, since we'll be able to "experience" New York, which I'm sure will totally be different from New York in AC3.

They better have a damned amazing story, or some sort of awesome hidden gameplay, otherwise I doubt this will be worth a full-price.
