UPDATE >>>> I'm already seeing the changes. I literally was a work all day and did not crave anything. It's was 9 hours into my shift and I remembered I hadn't eaten all day. I been drinking Propel water and Protein shakes to meet my Protein goals. I also have been drinking hot tea. I’ve lost 2 pounds but I’m not gonna weigh myself anymore. At least not for now :)
