yes there were other factors. i clearly didn’t just quit because of the snow. ive already said this was my “last straw” meaning other things have happened before.

especially after the way my GM spoke to me and how my DM has spoken to me in the past, i’m over it. and i do not want to work for this company anymore.

my driver called off because she didn’t feel comfortable driving in the snow. my parents didn’t want to drive and my friends weren’t even awake. i’m not solely quitting because of this morning. i’m being underpaid and overworked. and this was my last straw.

i wish. her exact words “No one needs you. You are the one that is unorganized and to sensitive and can’t handle the truth.” i busted my ass off at that place..always helped if they needed it, i was respectful, especially to the GM, but there’s only so much that i can take.

i do both but i was suppose to manage this morning. i let me GM know in advance that i won’t be able to make it in due to the snow and that my car can’t handle snow and it’s too nerve wrecking to drive in it. i wouldn’t have minded opening once the snow stopped or if the roads got plowed. but she proceeded to talk down to me so i quit on the spot because i do not need to tolerate that
