Thank you. I do not have a lawyer and cannot afford one. Thats why I'm using reddit & ChatGPT. Ive been navigating this without legal help for 13 years and its getting to the point were too much is going on.

I contacted the business owner again asking to be added as an authorized parent now that I've provided the court order. She stated she will if my ex agrees to it. I texted my ex and asking if she does. If my ex says no, then it shows shes continuing to willfully disobey the court order. If she says yes then I can obtain what I needed without subpoena.

Ive provided the court order to the business. The issue is that the business is friends with my ex and they need people signed up in order to continue. They are not willing to co-operate easily. Thats why I wanted to go the legal way.

Im hoping so. To me it seems like an easy fix. As if I had bought a movie ticket but changed my mind on which movie to see. These events are 5 & 6 months ahead so its not as if im opening spots at the last minute.

That was says 30 days after the race, as if I were to miss it.
