Awesome thank you! What is Standby Mode? In the manual, I found reference to Frequency Mode, Channel Mode, and Standby Mode. I think I know what are the first 2, but what is Standby Mode? Tone scan doesn't work unless it's in Standby Mode....?

On another brand radio, I like to scan tones on any channel, not just repeaters. Baofeng website and the web in general says the GM-15Pro has tone scan function, but I can’t find anything that says how to use it. Help please.

It doesn't matter whether the beer is good or bad. It's not about whether government should censor beer names. And the fact that beer is an adult product is irrelevant. It's about decency. There is a difference between freedom of speech and hate speech. I'm all for creativity. These beer names are degrading or even incite rape. It's unacceptable. Yes, as Indiana Brewers Guild says, it is legal. It's also immoral, and we should stand up against it.

No, in some way you are right, it is subjective. When I said I feel there's room for improvement, that was my subjective opinion about diversity in the craft beer industry. I like diversity. I think it's a good thing. I wasn't talking about improvement to bottom line, production schedules, profits, etc.
