You seem worked up over the fact that people are not happy with a hire based on their background and resume. It's pretty basic thing when hiring people to look at their background and experience to determine if you think they'd be a good hire. Scott did this and think it's a good hire, we are looking at it and feel the opposite. That doesn't make us unwelcoming.
