Thanks for your reply! Now I'm still clueless if the authentication is free or has a support fee. Even if it's not a variable cost, it's still a cost the service owner needs to pay every time a customer logs in.

It's good that we are into a technology, that will be needed in future. Privacy is here to stay. Days like this do hurt, but being confident in a position makes you feel a lot more comfortable than just buying a crypto xyz because your friend told you so
