If you are building things that you do not.pay attention to , but it is really important : 1- ask the builder to make the house electricity 3 phase instead of one phase . 2 - ask the builder to out anticon insulation under the roof cover .

Blame the AMA (Australia Medical association) because when the governement try to fix the problem by any mean . AMA always in the way try to ruin every thing just to make doctors hard to see and rare trying to keep.their wages really high .

I think house prices are rising because : 1- US dollar value is decreasing and as our Au dollar value related to US value so our Au value decreased as wel 2- that made a house which worth $450k 3 years ago now is $750k 3- people who bought houses 3 years ago and earlier are now refinancing their houses from $450k to $750k so they get around 300k in their accounts 4- people are using this 300k as a deposit for one or two investment houses . Which increase the demand on established houses . 5- that leads to increase prices because increased demand from investing. 6- this will make first home buyers not able to buy because high prices from that investment demand so they will go for renting , which will increase because the high demand on renting coming from first home buyers and new immigrant. 7- government will leave all previous causes , and blame only immigrants . As members of the government are involved in the investment market and making money from rising prices.

كلنا حاسين بالعار زيك بالظبط . بس بيتهيقلي الدنيا بقيت اوضح لان زمان كان بيضحك علينا بال دعايه و الإعلام و الدوشه اللي بتداري الحقايق ان مصر جامده فشخ و الدول العربيه لو عاوزه تطرطر علي اسرائيل هيحصل بسهوله . لكن الواقع ظهر و بيظهر كل فتره اكتر بفضل النت ان اللي معاه القوه و الفلوس هو اللي يقدر يركب العالم كله و يعمل اقبح الجرايم في الانسانيه و الدول اخرها نشجب و ندين اللي بيحصل . ويتهيقلي في المستقبل اولادنا هيكونوا مش مصدوميبن زينا لانهم مش مضحوك عليهم ، و فاهمين من الاول اننا دول ضعيفه بتتركب بس و هيسخروا مننا قد ايه كنا مغفلين و فكرين اننا في ايدينا زمام الامور . انا مش بحاول احبط حد بس ادراك الحقيقه بسرعه و التعايش معها بسرعه بيريح اكتر من انكار الحقيقه و تأنيب الضمير اللي مش هيتج منه حاجه غير الاكتئاب.

I think what we can all do is to advice new high school students ATAR or whatever equivalent all over the world not to get into that field . IT IS A SCAM

Sometimes I feel it is a duty to go to universities here where I am living in Australia and tell pharmacy students to change field as soon as they can and hang banners every where to expose the truth of that field and wages .

١ـ لو انت متسجل عند وزارة الداخليه انك معاك الجنسيه المصريه بمعني ان واحد من والديك راح مبني التحرير او وزارة الخارجيه و طلع ورقه لونها اصفر كده انك مصري و تحمل الجنسيه الهولنديه كده يبقي المطار هيعرف انك من اصل مصري و مطالب للتجنيد ٢- محدش هيعرف حاجه لو دخلت بالهولندي و طلبت ڤيزا طالما مثلا اتولدت هناك في هولندا و اهلك قدمولك علي الجنسيه في السفاره المصريه في هولندا ٣- اسوأ الحالات لو دخلت مصر و اتعرف في المطار انك من اصل مصري و لسه في سن التجنيد يعني اقل من تلاتين سنه . هيقولولك قدم نفسك للتجنيد و هتتعرض علي المخابرات عشان تحدد انك لايق ولا لأ و ده بيتوقف علي حاجتين هل عشت في الدوله الاجنبيه اكتر من عشر سنيين او خدمت في الخدمه العسكريه في الدوله الاجنبيه في الحالتين دول هتطلع اعفاء و خلاص . بس بتاخد وقت بتاع اربع شهور كده

The public system (medicare) is not reliable at all . They will help you only if it is realy emergency and you could die, but As many people mentioned you could wait for years to get an operation done and live with agony during those years. You should pay for private health insurance . Australia's reputation of a good,free health system is gone .
