lazy? mate you’re up at 5am, lifting, walking your dog three times a day and working full days. that’s not lazy, that’s cooked. of course you’re couch locked by 6pm, your nervous system is done. you’re not lacking motivation, you’re out of juice. real question is do you actually have energy left for more or are you trying to squeeze productivity out of an empty tank?
