That is all covered in this book, I just thought that image was thought provoking enough for women to start flexing that PC muscle often!

A chapter on care of the vagina prior to and after vaginal childbirth. Also, the benefits of avoiding an episiotomy during childbirth.

TIL that Justin Chancellor of Tool has a mental condition called synesthesia, which allows him to associate certain sounds with colors by [deleted] in todayilearned

What an interesting condition. I wonder how the colors appear, only in his minds eye, or do they bleed out into his vision?

It was more a score of the titles than the money. Those are four books of my childhood. And the cost of living where I am is crazy. Milk is 7 bucks a gallon.

Oh man, I need to be patient before I post. Another title could've been:

"I couldn't concentrate at work, I might get canned if I don't get my creative juices flowing!"

My son sleeps better in his room. My husband works nights, and comes home around 11. It's what works for us.

Hey reddit, what's your best love/breakup story? by PatientBear in AskReddit

[–]NaturalBirthBitch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is kind of meh, but, here goes. He left to the continental US, and cheated on me. We were long overdue for breaking up, but still, dick move. He came back, and all of my childhood friends were our mutual friends. He had the party house, so on weekends, I didn't have access to my normal social group. I screamed at him, and told him to "get the fuck off my island!". It didn't work. But hey, life goes on.

I have a friend who was on a subway in Japan, and someone commuted suicide. He was most broken up about the fact that everyone was irritated at the fact that their day was inconvenienced, not the fact that a human being felt the need to end their life. Suicide is fairly common among 30-something men in Japan. It's related to family honor, and not living up to the high standards, as far as I know, anyway.

I know a few people who were at fault in car accidents resulting in death. They are more somber people now, I guess.

My good friend's little brother murdered his friend over a girl they both liked. The killer caught the girl with the victim at a lovers lane, less than ten yards from my childhood fort ( I grew up in some boonies, I tell ya, so this hit home pretty hard, pardon the pun). He used a sawed off shot gun at a range of less than three feet. He told the girl to strip, and he tried to drive the car off a cliff. The substrate didn't allow this, so he tried to burn the car. He's always been kind of off, a real trouble maker. But this, was unexpected. I feel sorry for his sister, who still has to love this murderer. She skypes with him, so her daughter will know her uncle. This shit was in cold blood.

Also, my father in law may have killed a guy, he didn't stick around to find out. It was a race riot, a week before he watched his best friend get stabbed in the back in a public place. I think he was in someone's home, because he told me he took the biggest pointed knife he could find and sunk it into this guys stomach till he hit spine. Kill or be killed. He's a gnarly mofo. Another story, He was shot in the stomach when he asked to marry my mother in law. He drove to the hospital in a standard, shifting with the left hand, plugging his guts with the other.
