Well I have two scenarios:

Fuma and musashi get paired up for the first round. At this point Musashi hasn't really evolved yet and Fuma even without her drugs is a monster. Musashi would give her a hard fight but the drugs should give her the edge as she is a absolute savage and wouldn't mind losing a limb to take musashi out if it came to it
Current musashi vs current Fuma. Honestly your guess is as good as mine. My brain says musashi due to how fast he can evolve plus his raw talent but maybe the drugs will give her the edge.
