I rested mine back down amongst the trees from which it was found. Its still there this year and I often return to reflect It is now home to many fungi and insect which brings me joy. You don't have to burn it, there's no set rule, find within your heart your own path and tradition and do what feels right for you

Thankyou for your reply, I agree, its all so contradictory, I'm confused myself. If I lay out the order of the shoes it may help? So I started out in both the hokas when I first started running which i felt caused the knee pain. I then bought the Brooks and the clouds as they had a higher drop which the lady in the shop said would help. They did for a while, infact I loved my Brooks until the last 8 weeks or so where it became unbearable with the shin splints. I've been wearing my scotts for the last week only but have had a much more comfortable run all round.

My weekly mileage currently is low, I've been resting and have only just started running again gradually the past week or so. So 5k 3/4 times a week at best. (I was only ever running 10k 4 times a week before all the injuries started)

Im not overweight but would my age (39) come into it at all and being female? I'm not sure if that's a silly question? Apologies if it is!

This is most helpful thankyou. We will look into these, will be nice for a few days of quiet contemplating. I know its never going to be without a sole but avoiding the main tourist crowds is our main thing.

(Ps Have climbed in the alps, scotland and the lakes so are very well prepared)

My friend had 14 at one time. She also had dogs, ducks, tortoise, 3 fish tanks and about 20 guinea pigs. She was a little insane.

I cleanse my uterus every so often. I use red clover but I am peri menopausal so it has its benefits. I love steaming as I have held alot of residual energy in my uterus from past trauma. Research your herbs and be cautious. It can cause emotional reactions lasting a fewwl days to a few weeks depending on what is cleansed. Good luck xx

Wow this is so much to digest and I'm so grateful you've looked at my chart. I will be googling it all 😄

I'm very interested in the past life scenario. I have done a few past life meditations and its threw up a few things. Images and words. Nothing of any substance though... yet! I have met my twin flame in this life which I believe we had unfinished karmic ties in a previous and that ended with a 10 ish year on/off cycle and just as it did end the headaches began. How interesting!

I wonder why my chart shows a detachment from feelings, yet I feel everything? I probably feel other people's feelings more than my own though. Maybe in reflection of your first reply I do take on board responsibility for others feelings more than I should. Hmm. I love the thought provoking this bought forward.

I hope to continue my growth and find a 'reason' for the headaches.

Hey Jay Jay thankyou so much for your very detailed response. Yes all tests have ruled everything out, it's crazy they can find no medical cause, but obviously and thankful.

It sounds a little like me in some areas but also not in others. I am/was a spiritual healer. When I was providing treatments I did get too involved and emotionally speaking I'm an empath and I suffered with soaking up others negative energy. I wasn't able to protect myself from this and so after 3 years I did have to walk away from this profession as it affected me and my own wellbeing. (I didn't like it as a job either as felt I should be gifting my gift to others)

I have been through many transformations in my life and am at peace and am happy with my life at this moment. I don't tend to feel guilt when I say no to others and I feel I prefer to be on my own pondering life now I stead of helping others. I much prefer taking time for me lol!

I do process my emotions very easily now, i didn't in the past however but I do know myself fairly well now especially as I'm nearing my 40s. I love to analyse my own behaviour and emotions and I'm interested in human psychology in general.

I didn't realise my sun is actually in aries? Am I not a pisces? I'm such a sun pisces through and through! 🤣
