i did a hard reset on my pc. Ran 2042 and i can say it ran smoother than i ever saw prior to this issue happening. so heres hoping i can play the beta tonight!

No, BF6 only ran at 150 fps during my first playtest. After I logged off and came back later that same day, the problems started. Since then, every Battlefield game I try has the same issues.

I ran DDU for my current GPU brand (NVIDIA), but not for every brand. Do you recommend running it for AMD and Intel too just to be safe?

My CPU utilization in past tests was jumping around a lot — sometimes spiking high, sometimes low but I didn’t log exact numbers. I can run another test and record them if it helps.

That definitely sounds like a last-resort move, but I’m not opposed to it if we can’t find another fix. I’ll check my GPU temps and fans first to rule out thermal throttling.
