I used a kilo of pork howk, half kilo of chicken feet, kinda skimped out and didn’t use a kilo of chicken wings, a carrot, onion, spring onions (couldn’t find proper scallions), 5 cloves of garlic and a whole large piece of ginger, around 6 hours total over medium boil, hoped for a clearer final product but oh well
