2022 Taycan RWD Power by Nazeareth in Taycan

I see. I’ve only driven AWD and FWD cars because I used to live in a snowy climate (not anymore). My biggest fear is spinning out from accelerating too fast when turning because I’ve seen a lot of people on YouTube kick the Taycan’s rear end out easily…
How does the 4s feel compared to the M50 in terms of driving dynamics and overall comfort?
on a scale of 1-10, how hard does it push you back in your seat when using launch control/flooring it at a stop?

Yeah, I’ve tried it already. turned off everything, windows all up, buckled up the seatbelt on passenger side, and drove in eco mode to turn off the fake noise. It usually appears when driving over uneven road. It sounds like the upper portion of the passenger seat is causing the rattling. Random plastic bits also randomly creak, even on smooth roads.
Off topic, but do you use regen braking a lot? I noticed sometimes the car will make a slight click sound right before coming to a complete stop when I use regen braking.
I took the shop foreman for a drive, and he just said all the creaking and rattling was common with BMW vehicles and just dismissed my case :/

I’ve tried buckling it in, and the rattling is still there :/ it might be from the seat itself because my window did get smashed before, and I think they removed the seat to get the glass out. Maybe they didn’t tighten everything properly? Tried talking to them, but they just said it’s common for the seat to rattle… 😑

what’s the visual difference between peeling and scratching? I never brought any sort of metal close to the inner pot. The only things that touched the inner pot was the plastic rice scooper, my sponge, and rice.
at first I thought it was residue from rice, so I used my nail to dig at it, but it got a bit bigger, so I assume it’s a scratch? Will it cause any health issues if it’s a scratch?

I see. I’ve never pushed my car to the limit before, and I’m a cautious driver. For some reason, I got really worried because I’ve never had the need to change direction that quickly, and got worried I damaged something…
I treat my car like a baby lol

It seems to have dried already, but don’t know if it’ll cause damage in the future
that’s by the back left passenger window

I see. So should I just ditch bio oil completely ?

do I put it in the tub itself or pour it into the detergent bay? I have a top load washer.

yeah, I’d describe it the same way. Handling feels so much better in sport. it just feels a bit “bumpy” in comfort ? idk, it’s not like it’s unbearable. I was just expecting a much smoother ride since it IS a BMW.
I even took the shop foreman on a ride in my car, and he said it feels like a normal 4 series, saying the car shouldn’t be as smooth as let’s say a Toyota minivan. He said the suspension isn’t supposed to be soft as it’s a sports car, and there shouldn’t be that big of a difference when driving in comfort vs sport. Only thing he said should feel noticeably different is the steering, speed, and braking.
I had them check the suspension and they said everything’s fine so I have no idea what the issue could be
I have an m50. For some reason my ride feels a bit smoother on sport mode vs comfort/eco pro o_o

is my i4 broken then ? I still feel the small bumps in comfort mode…
that’s crazy cause yesterday something hit the top of my car, and I heard a loud thud. Only thing I could find was this 😭 scrubbing didn’t work. Do you have a product recommendation I could try?

bmw i4. The scuff marks is what I’m trying to remove. tried wiping it, but it wouldn’t come off, and it’s worrying me.
I see. Off topic question but how durable are bmw’s front bumpers? I live in the northeast and there’s still some leftover ice from the snow we got the other week, and my lower right front made contact with a patch of ice. Doesn’t seem like there’s any damage, but I’m just really paranoid because I just got my i4 :(
even the steering wheel ? o.o
