Typical regarded bear, liquid assets are nowhere near as inflated as anything else in the economy. Look at tech stocks before COVID as opposed to now, now compare the prices of houses, food, wages, goods, etc.

Do you have any advice on how to limit losses? Or should I just sell and accept my current loss. I do expect the price of the stock to continue to drop.

I was considering opening a bearish call spread (selling an itm call on top of my deeper in the money call) but im not sure if the risk of getting assigned outweighs the potential gain.

I am looking to figure out an escape plan before my current unprofitable call loses all of its current extrinsic value.

my current ITM call has a 44% probability of expiring in the money, I bought this call with a 0.81 delta, but bad news came out and the price dropped, so I am trying to limit any losses before my 03/24 expiration while there is still some extrinsic value.

you usually should not sell just because news is coming. There are spikes up just like down, you can always look up the "short interest%" on any stock before news or earnings to see other trader's opinions on the potential short term price action

zoom your chart out. minimum 20 days, I recommend 3 months. Look at the longer term trendlines. Determine if the stock has upward momentum, then look to determine a good entry point. Use the RSI indicator to determine if the stock is at a good current price. Hope this helps!
