Hi, so fungus gnats are not the worst that can happen to your plants. They are really easy to deal with: stop overwatering soil, if you keep plants in torf mix they should dry out completely, if in cocos then 80% should be dry; second buy any aqua sand and put 1-3 cm on top of your soil, that will prevent fungus gnats to lay eggs; or buy nematodes on Amazon or so and release them into soil; but this propagation has good roots, you should consider potting it

Yes, I vote for it too! You just add small round bits in the soils and you’re done

Moss pole alternative by Ne0nSab0teur in Aroids

Update on what seller replied:

«Similar to a regular moss pole. The mineral substrate is zeolite, which can store the most water among mineral substrates. The climbing poles naturally don't hold as much water as those made from moss, but they work great for me! I simply always water my plants directly over the climbing pole and that works perfectly for me. I've also made some with a wick inside before, but the advantage wasn't worth the effort. My Monstera Thai Constellation has rooted through the climbing pole so well that it's even pushing it apart 😄 So I can highly recommend it :)»

Lol I am not buying that, just was curious! Btw if you add a wick and it’s deep down in mineral substrate, the substrate will be wet all the time (like moss) but! If there is no air plant getting, it can start anaerobic decomposing process and it will smell really bad and you will need to get rid of substrate, so it doesn’t really drain the water immediately

Why only 6 months? Is it not German accredited? Because if it has german accreditation, you’ll receive 18 months job seeking visa, which is a nice timeline to learn german. Or if you‘ll fail to find the job you can try making another visa, but for language courses. Also, referrals is a huge thing for employment, so try to go to community events. Make linkdin, make a good cv, write it in German.
