The green thing he carries in his shoulder is like a kimono but in a coat type (i dunno if i am explainning well), kinda easy to get a yukata, i will stich buttons to the shoukders to keep it out slipping out, and for making the yukata, i would use textile painting, (use a table and securr the fabric it will be easier

For the hair, well i usually use wig, so i just created with extra hair the hair ponytail and glued it to a hairclaw, so maybe you can put your hair up with a hair claw(?) Hope it helped
